Oatmeal Date Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Fancy Medjool Dates seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Almond Milk Original or Unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons Hemp Seed plus more for garnish

Instructions
 

  • To soften ingredients prior to blending, add pitted dates and rolled oats to 1/2 cup of hot water for 1 minute. Strain excess water from ingredients.
  • Add softened dates and oats, 1 cup of almond beverage and 3 Tablespoons of hemp seed to a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with extra hemp seed.
  • For best results, enjoy chilled.
