Brain-Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 6 walnuts
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth texture is reached.

Notes

A high-powered blender makes the best textured smoothie. I use this one.
