Oatmeal Date Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
- 3 Fancy Medjool Dates seeds removed
- 1/4 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Almond Milk Original or Unsweetened
- 3 tablespoons Hemp Seed plus more for garnish
Instructions
- To soften ingredients prior to blending, add pitted dates and rolled oats to 1/2 cup of hot water for 1 minute. Strain excess water from ingredients.
- Add softened dates and oats, 1 cup of almond beverage and 3 Tablespoons of hemp seed to a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with extra hemp seed.
- For best results, enjoy chilled.
